  • Users can delete AI chat conversations from within the app.

  • We do not sell, publish, or manually review individual conversations.

  • AI chat data may be used only in aggregated and anonymized form to improve safety, quality, and functionality.

The AI chat is not therapy, does not provide medical or psychological treatment, and does not replace professional care.

When you use the website or app, we may automatically collect:
