These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Thora website and, where applicable, the Thora mobile application available on iOS and Android.

The Thora website provides general information about the app, its approach, and related content. Certain features described in these Terms, including subscriptions, personalized tools, and the AI-powered chat, are available only through the Thora mobile application and require a registered user account.

By accessing or using the website or the mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

In these Terms, “Platform” refers to the Thora website and, where applicable, the Thora mobile application. “We”, “us”, “our”, and “Thora” refer to Thora LLC. “You” and “user” refer to the person accessing or using the Platform.

The mobile application offers interactive tools, educational content, reflections, habit-based programs, and an AI-powered emotional support chat.

Thora does not provide medical, psychological, or nutritional diagnosis or treatment. The Platform is not a substitute for professional healthcare, therapy, or medical advice.

 

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of the mobile application, you must create an account using a valid email address or third-party login.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Account deletion results in the removal of associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Thora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Some features of the Thora mobile application require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are offered exclusively through:

• Apple App Store (iOS)

• Google Play Store (Android)

All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their terms.

Thora does not process or store payment information.

 

6. AI CHAT AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TOOLS

Thora includes an AI-powered chat designed to help users regulate emotions during moments of stress related to food, body image, guilt, or emotional overwhelm.

The AI chat:

• Is a support tool, not therapy

• Does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice

• Is not a crisis or emergency service

• Is designed to help users calm down and regain clarity
